SchoolByte is a Cloud-based School ERP designed to simplify school management. We operate on a No-Data-Storage principle for our own use; we do not collect, sell, or profile student or teacher data. All information remains the exclusive property of the educational institution using our services.
To comply with Meta Business standards, we confirm that any communication via WhatsApp is used strictly for responding to service inquiries, providing demos, or sending school-authorized notifications. We do not use your contact information for unsolicited marketing or share it with third-party brokers.
Our system uses secure role-based access for Admins, Teachers, Parents, and Accountants[cite: 1]. This ensures that sensitive student marks or financial data are only visible to authorized personnel, preventing unauthorized data exposure[cite: 1, 2].
For fee payments, we integrate with secure payment gateways to ensure cashless transactions without human error[cite: 1]. SchoolByte does not store credit card or bank details on its servers.
